WHAT WE OFFER
Kiely Solicitors are retained by clients, nationally and internationally, to provide services to include contract negotiation, privacy advisory, applicable domestic compliance services as well as general advice pertaining to a client’s needs.
We tie in with our clients’ executive teams; often times assisting and advising the board on corporate strategy, as well as long term incentive mechanisms (LTIP) or Employee Share Option Plans (ESOP). The work can be varied, but always rewarding.
