PJ Kiely
Principal Solicitor
BCL, UCC, Dip IP/IT
Solicitor Law Society of Ireland
PJ is a graduate of National University of Ireland, Cork, holding a Bachelor of Civil Law. PJ is the Managing Principal of the practice, advising in a wide range of capacities as external legal counsel or as a member of the executive team to established businesses. PJ has grown this niche advisory practice from a standing start in 2013, to the vibrant and varied position it is in today.
He advises in relation to corporate and commercial transactions, commercial agreements, intellectual property and brands, as well as strategic advice to incentivise and grow businesses looking to flourish. PJ’s work experience prior to joining Kiely Solicitors, spans in-house, large and small corporate and commercial practices.
Caroline Clancy
Solicitor
BA, MA, LLB
Solicitor Law Society of Ireland
Caroline is a graduate of both UCC and Griffith College.
Caroline joined Kiely Solicitors in 2020, having worked previously in a private practice in Limerick. Prior to her qualifying as a solicitor, Caroline worked in the banking sector working for financial corporations such as AIB and Pepper.
Caroline has a particular interest in residential and commercial conveyancing (having acted for private clients, developers, receivers and corporate entities), financial restructuring and probate.
Raji Murphy
Legal Executive
Raji moved to Ireland in 2017 from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She has over 10 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant/Executive after earning her Diploma in Legal Office Administration from Sheridan College in Brampton, Ontario.
Raji joined Kiely Solicitors in April 2022 and provides administrative support to our solicitors, predominately in relation to residential and commercial property transactions. Raji also runs the day-to-day operations of our office and is the point of contact for all accounting queries.
